La Hacienda Dinner Review

One of the things I probably blog most about is my favorite restaurant at EPCOT...maybe even all of Walt Disney World....La Hacienda!  Today I'm going to review the restaurant in general but our most recent visit was this past March and May!

Let's talk about WHY I love this restaurant! First is location, location, location!  Location around the World Showcase Lagoon in Mexico, it's a short walk from Future World. It's located right across from the Mexico Pavilion (don't mistake it for San Angel Inn INSIDE the pavilion).

While I particularly love this restaurant at night (more on that in a sec) the views during the day are pretty spectacular!

Tip:
If you do have an earlier meal, you are welcome to swap out your dessert for an soup or salad! Then you can enjoy some of the AMAZING desserts World Showcase has to offer! Try the Crema de Elote - corn cream soup served with Julienne spicy tortillas, roasted corn kernels and Mexican sour cream;...AMAZING!!

We love to schedule our meal for our 8 p.m. Then we can enjoy the fireworks right around time dessert arrives! The lights are lowered and the music is piped in. Window seats are not guaranteed but there are MANY good seats in the restaurant. Arrive a little early to request specific seating.

Let's talk food...we order the SAME thing every single time we visit. We LOVE to order the Parrillada La Hacienda. It's a combo of Chorizo, Steak, Chicken with spicy corn and sauteed peppers and onions!!

One more photo...

Ok maybe just one more...the Chorizo are my favorite!

It is also served with flour tortilla's, beans and rice.

For dessert...we can't visit without an order of Churro's!

Overall we just love the experience. We always have great service, amazing food and the view and location can't be beat. I can't recommend this place enough.

Oh and a later dinner means a nice quiet walk through EPCOT without the crowds!
